Welcome to velotouring.fun
Cycling in the Jura, France and beyond has become our passion, enjoying adventures on our bikes from day trips , to multi day tours.
For the last 2 years it has not been possible to share our stories. We are now planning to get back on our bikes and to start exploring again and share our adventures with you.

So after many planned tour delays we will soon be heading from Somerset to our home in the Jura Mountains.
First we travel by train and ferry to the port of Cherbourg, before visiting the Normandie beaches and the Bayeux Tapestry.
After this we plan to visit many Chateaux while cycling through the French countryside until we reach the EV 6 and follow it to Dole in the Jura.
A big thank you to the team from Firepot, who kindly sent us a week of Vegan mini meals to fuel us on our first week cycling home.
